“Dr. Ciera Graham is an amazing writer who brings the struggles and experiences of women of color to light. In all of her pieces, she is transparent and does a great job of ensuring that women of color are seen and heard. Through her own experiences, she affirms the experiences of others. After reading her pieces, I feel validated, inspired and ready to engage in social action. She isn’t just writing for women of color–she writes for everyone so they can learn and build their own social awareness.”
